I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is really good, being just a short walk from the main area of Sapa, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to arranging transport. On the downside, the room was a bit too cold for comfort, and it smelled of smoke, which was disappointing. Overall, it has its pros and cons but is worth considering for its great service and location.
Rooms
5.0
The room was modern and cosy with both a single and queen size bed. However, it had a terrible smoke smell and was freezing cold inside. I wished they had provided an electric heater rather than making me wait for the wood fire to start later in the evening.
Service

The service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, even arranging a minibus for us after we arrived from the train, making the journey so much easier. They also provided helpful information about local shows and activities.
Location
8.0
The location was great, just about a five-minute walk from the main area with shops and restaurants. It offered beautiful views of the surrounding scenery, which was a definite plus.
Dining

The breakfast was decent with a variety of options, including fried rice, spring rolls, and traditional noodles. It was good enough to fuel us for our trek that day, but it felt a bit limited.
Facilities

I didn't get to experience many facilities, but they seemed to have the essentials. The dining area was nice, but I could have wished for more variety or different experiences.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was great, allowing easy access to the main attractions, the rooms left much to be desired in terms of comfort and warmth. The service was accommodating, which I appreciated, but the dining options were limited and ran out quickly. Overall, it's a decent spot for the price, but improvements in some areas would make it much better.

This hotel offers a fantastic view of the mountain horizon, and the rooms are large and comfortable, especially with an open window. The location is quite good, as it's just a five-minute walk to the main area with restaurants and bars. However, the cleanliness was an issue, and the experience at the dining area could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it's great for its beautiful view and location, but it lacks in hygiene and dining organization.

The service varied, with some staff being kind and helpful, while others were rather rude. The location was decent, close to the main area with restaurants, but the hotel seemed to be undergoing renovations. Overall, it has potential but needs some improvements.

I had a decent stay at the hotel with some wonderful features like a lovely balcony that provided stunning views of the valley. The rooms felt a bit humid due to the lack of air conditioning, but the service was attentive and personal, even going the extra mile to explain the art on the walls. While the location was quiet and only a short walk to the town's center, dining options could have been better as the buffet was quite basic.
